HOW WE ATTRACT THOUGHT LEADERS
ThoughtLeadership-Venne
When we hear industry veterans remark on the caliber of the people across our team, we know how important it is to continuously learn and lead. Our extraordinary people are the best in their geographies (and often, in the nation) at what they do. On projects, we collaborate across the team for new ideas or to review approaches. We are strongly connected to the local and national communities through speaking, writing, sharing code, and volunteering. Thought leaders are attracted by this environment and the opportunity to continue to be challenged and follow their passions.
