Diane brings to BlueMetal her many years of experience in office administration and business operations over a wide array of small and corporate businesses, including in the real estate, insurance, medical, agriculture, and hospitality industries. Her main goals in office management are to bring a high level of efficiency to daily operations and always be one step ahead. She is self-motivated and a team player.
Prior to joining Blue Metal, Brian spent about 9 years at WGBH Educational Foundation where he worked in business administration, data & analytics, and project management, eventually building the first comprehensive project-management oriented SharePoint site collection within the foundation. He has a passion for technology and problem solving, and has come up with a variety of business solutions working with tools such as SQL, Crystal Reports, Filemaker, Salesforce, and SharePoint. He loves using the art of communication to achieve solutions that are specifically tailored to clients’ needs. He graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A in Psychology, with concentrations in Developmental and Cognitive Psychology.
Donal is an experienced Information Technology professional with 15+ years of diverse experience in systems development for numerous markets, including but not exclusive to financial services, health care, telecommunications, and core information technology. His project history reflects a breadth of Microsoft SharePoint Technologies and .Net experience. With a focus on SharePoint and Office 365, Donal has been working on projects involving all roles of a SharePoint implementation, including architecture, custom development, and advanced services relating to search and business connectivity. He has worked closely with business owners to understand the business process, then design and build workflow solutions accordingly using WF and SharePoint. Donal also brings great experience and an affinity to listen and understand the customers’ needs and expectations. Donal is familiar with all phases of the development life-cycle and has served on teams in technical roles ranging from developer/tester to architect and documentation writer. Donal is a contributing author to the books, Essential SharePoint 2010 and Essential SharePoint 2013, and has authored many blog posts and papers around SharePoint. He holds an honors degree from University of Galway, Ireland in Industrial Engineering and IS, as well as a Post Grad in IT in Medical Physics from Aberdeen University, Scotland.
Ever since she was little, Anastasia has enjoyed solving problems, riddles, and puzzles. After taking a few programming courses in high school, she attended Northeastern University and turned that hobby into a career. Taking advantage of the Co-Op program, Anastasia has been working in development for the last 10 years, with the most recent focus being around C# and jQuery and customization of SharePoint. She also has experience with SQL, C++, and Java. Her main goal when working on any project is to help the client find the solution they truly need, and she has a unique ability to help bridge the gap between "technical" and "less than technical" minds.
Priya is a successful and experienced strategic alliances partner and business development leader. With over 15 years in the technology learning and development field, Priya has managed strategic account team sellers, partner relationship development, program management, and marketing teams for several global training providers. Priya has a passion for helping customers use technology to enhance the user experience to realize true potential and workflow efficiency by leading them through technology and process changes. Throughout her career, she has offered clients and partners true subject matter expertise when it comes to building programs that lead to the successful adoption of new technology and processes.
Priya received her Bachelor’s degree in business from Champlain College in Burlington, VT and also holds the Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience Facilitator Certification. She is also an active leader in the New England and Tri-State area IAMCP Women in Technology chapters.
Before making the transition to user experience design, Amanda worked as an interactive designer at boutique design firms as well as advertising and corporate agencies where she designed for both print and web. From diverse past experiences, Amanda has developed a strong eye for detail and the ability to bring concepts to life. Prior to joining BlueMetal, Amanda was on the interactive team at Macys.com and was responsible for the design of various sitelets, tablet, and mobile apps for all of Macy's corporate campaigns and special events. Amanda holds a Master's in Communication Design from Pratt Institute, and beginning in the Spring of 2015, she will be teaching a web design class in the Continuing Education Department at her Alma-mater.
Jason is a software engineer with 15 years of experience working in healthcare, international finance, and online gaming. His current focus is SharePoint and web development, but he’s worked in a wide range of technologies throughout his career. He spent much of his early career writing UNIX code in C, Perl, and Ruby, and has even dabbled in the arcane world of MUMPS. Whatever the technology, his passion is empathetically communicating with clients to develop solutions that are not just technologically sound but are also humanely designed. He is a firm believer in giving presentations that are clear, informative, and if all else fails, entertaining.
Michael is a Management Consultant with over 20 years experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Financial, ERP, and custom mission critical business systems that include implementation, integration and business process re-engineering. His experience and methodologies focus on the successful implementation of CRM software and the mission-critical systems and procedures surrounding customer acquisition, retention, and analysis helping his customers obtain a higher return on investment and achievement of their goals.
